Gallifrey One 2027 Tickets Now On Sale!
The following is our ticket price schedule for our 2027 convention, based upon age and date of registration. Our prices for 2027 initially start out smaller than in the past several years, but ramp up over time. We strongly encourage you to register early… this not only saves you money, but helps us budget (as a non-profit event, we rely entirely on registrations to budget for the convention!)
Please note that our ticket and merchandise prices include all credit card processing fees built into the final amount, in compliance with California law; the price you see is the final price (except for the optional Purchase Protection available during checkout.)

The type of ticket you purchase is governed by your age on the dates of the convention, not purchase; for example, if your child is currently 11, but will be 12 by the convention, you should purchase a teen ticket. Admission for children under age 3 is always free of charge.
Important information regarding your purchase:
- We are now using RegFox as our ticket provider.
- EventBrite and Member Solutions are no longer used by us. (EventBrite is used by Convention Photo Shoots for their add-on items, but not for general admission.)
- Only credit and debit cards are allowed during purchase, either in advance or on site; we do not take cash or check.
- You can pre-order convention T-shirts and tote bags on the same order as your ticket purchase. Alternatively, you can also return at a later date to the registration form to add them.
- US residents can opt in for Purchase Protection on your order; in case of a legitimate documented reason you cannot attend the convention, you can file a claim with their company for a refund, provided you paid for it when you bought your ticket (see further explanation below, and full terms on their website.)
- If you are buying tickets for others, using their email address for their tickets will automatically send them confirmation.

Your general admission ticket includes full access to the convention itself, including all four program tracks (in Program A, B, C & D), which includes all guest interviews, Q&A sessions, panels, presentations and discussions; and access to the Gallifrey One Dealers Room, Art Show, video room, gaming lounge, kaffeeklatsches, and meetups & events (in Program D & E, on the convention patio, and elsewhere). Every guest of Gallifrey One (except signing-only guests, who are clearly indicated on our list) will appear as part of the main convention program; you do not have to purchase an optional add-on to see your favorite guests!
Optional events NOT included in the price of admission include the following: photo studio sessions with guests; the Friday & Saturday evening guest receptions; and exclusive VIP script readings and meet & greet sessions. These are sold, along with the TARDIS Tag and Diamond Passes, by our partners at Convention Photo Shoots, and are NOT required to fully enjoy the convention. Please note that while many guests autograph freely throughout the weekend, our actor guests and other select individuals autograph for a nominal fee. We do NOT pre-sell any autographs, except those included in the TARDIS Tag & Diamond Pass items sold by Convention Photo Shoots.
Purchase Protection: The Purchase Protection option is a feature offered by our registration provider; for a nominal fee, it allows US residents to protect their ticket purchase in case of emergency, with successful claims offering up to a full refund of your ticket price (note that it does not cover merchandise.) Claims are filed with the company (Purchase Protection LLC) along with your supporting documentation; Gallifrey One is not involved at all in the process and we cannot intercede on your behalf. To review Purchase Protection’s full terms and conditions before purchase, visit their website; note that you cannot add Purchase Protection at a later date. Purchase Protection is not available outside the United States, sorry!
Adding Con Merchandise Pre-Orders Later: If you do not pre-order a convention T-shirt or tote bag during the registration process and would like to do so at a later date, simply return to the same form and select the “Merchandise Only” option. You can do this any time up until a month prior to the convention; merchandise pre-orders end on December 31, 2026. You must have a ticket to the convention to pick up your merchandise!
Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions
As a condition of purchase of tickets to Gallifrey One conventions, you must accept the following during the purchase process. These rules are bound to the persons using a ticket for entry into the convention at all times, regardless of whether they are the original buyer or not:
- Refunds from Gallifrey One are not permitted under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- US residents who have added Purchase Protection to their ticket order, and who are unable to attend the convention for covered reasons, may contact Purchase Protection directly to file a claim under Purchase Protection’s terms and conditions. Gallifrey One is not party to this process, and will not intercede in any way during this process.
- Resales of tickets between parties are not allowed.
- Changes to tickets may be made as follows:
- The name on a ticket may be changed in advance by the person who purchased the ticket, by sending email to Gallifrey One (see our contact us page); this is primarily for people who purchase multiple tickets in their own name to distribute to friends or family members, or changing individuals within one’s party. We will only take change requests from the current ticket holder.
- Name transfers on tickets may also be made on site at our Convention Registration desk, but the current ticket holder must be physically present to make the change.
- There is no need to contact us after purchase to give us your change of address, as we only use your address during the purchase.
- Deferrals of tickets to subsequent years are not permitted.
- All other terms and conditions required during purchase include:
- Consent to abide by all California, Los Angeles County, and City of Los Angeles laws and requirements, as well as Gallifrey One’s posted policies at the time of the event. These can be found on our Convention Policies page
- Understanding of the terms and conditions above regarding no refunds, no resales and no deferrals.
- Acknowledgement that all convention attendees will obey all posted rules and regulations of the convention while on premises at all times, including our mandatory courtesy policy, anti-harassment policy, policies regarding video recording or retransmission/streaming, and other policies as noted on our Convention Policies page.
- Finally, your understanding that Gallifrey One does not sell tickets based upon any attending or announced individual convention guest; we will not offer refunds or deferrals to anyone who wishes one because of the cancellation of a guest or guests. All guest appearances at Gallifrey One are subject to work commitments or other factors (including public health-related issues) and are announced as such at all times.
Please note that any attempt by an individual to challenge the legitimate purchase of a ticket by disputing the charge with their bank or financial institution, or initiating a refund via their card provider, will result in the permanent ban of that person from this convention. Remember: all ticket buyers agree to the “no refunds” policy and other terms & conditions upon confirming the sale of each ticket. You have been warned.
