We are thrilled to announce that Jenna Coleman will be making her long-awaited first visit as a guest of Gallifrey One at our February 2025 convention, Gallifrey One in 35 Millimetre!
Jenna Coleman (credited as Jenna-Louise Coleman during her first season) portrayed teacher Clara Oswald on Doctor Who for three seasons, as a companion to both the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctors, played by Matt Smith and Peter Capaldi… though she actually appeared even earlier, in the Series 7 debut story “Asylum of the Daleks” as a separate version of the character, Oswin (and later made a cameo appearance in Capaldi’s final story, “Twice Upon a Time.”) Coleman then led the period drama series Victoria from 2016 to 2019, as the legendary Queen of the same name, as well as appeared in the miniseries The Cry and The Serpent; played the role of Johanna Constantine in Netflix’s The Sandman; and has also appeared in Klokkenluider, The Jetty, Wilderness, Emmerdale, Inside Number 9 and Jackdaw, and on stage in Arthur Miller’s All My Sons and Sam Steiner’s Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons.
This will be Ms. Coleman’s first-ever appearance at Gallifrey One, in a visit sponsored by Showmasters Events. Coleman will appear on our main stage on both Saturday and Sunday, along with autograph sessions and photo ops both days; she will also be participating in a separate VIP script reading on Sunday morning (for a nominal fee, to go on sale at a later date) as well as a special private meet & greet one of the two days of the event (also for a nominal fee). She will also be participating in our evening guest receptions on both Friday and Saturday night. Our very special thanks to Jason, Paul and Laurence for being able to bring to us this guest that we’ve been hoping to welcome for many years, and we look forward to her visit!
