Hotel Room Lottery
We wanted to let everyone know that the hotel room lottery we ran last week, for a batch of Marriott LAX rooms that were going unused by our team/guests, is now completely full; we have worked with everyone who was selected during the lottery and provided them their reservations. We had an unexpectedly large amount of interest for a relatively small block of rooms, so we thank everyone for participating.
Kaffeeklatsches Update
Online sign-ups for our Kaffeeklatsches program have now closed. Thank you to everyone who signed up for a Kaffeeklatsch session at Gallifrey One 2025.
While some of this year’s sessions are completely full, other sessions still have some availability. Sign-ups for these available sessions will reopen when our Kaffeeklatsches Desk opens on Friday February 14, the first morning of this year’s convention. On site, we permit people with one session already confirmed to sign up for a second session; everything is first-come first-served, and usually, all of our Kaffeeklatsches fill up at the convention by end-of-day Friday (but keep checking back!)
If you are unable to participate in your session, contact us as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: We asked everyone participating in the online sign-up session to use a unique handle or identification, in order to avoid posting attendees’ names on our website. You can locate your unique handle in the list below. At the convention, we will not use this handle; your actual name will be on our list for that session. Feel free to check the lists posted at the convention if you want to double check!

For future events, we strongly encourage you to be strategic: sign up for your favorite session, but also pick from the variety of choices made available!
