Gallifrey One provides a number of exhibitor tables for fan clubs, conventions, organizations and individuals to exhibit their events/services. Our exhibitor tables are located inside the Gallifrey One Dealers Room.
If your organization, convention or club is interested in an exhibitor table, feel free to contact us. The important rules that are required for our exhibitors are as follows:
- Exhibitors may only be fan clubs, conventions or events/organizations, or individuals such as artists or writers, exhibiting for purposes of promotion and publicity only.
- Please note that we prioritize fan clubs, conventions and organizations before individual artists/writers; we do not have an artist’s alley.
- Exhibitors MAY NOT sell products at their tables, only provide literature.
- Exhibitors MUST agree to keep their tables open and staffed on Friday 11:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm. We also ask that exhibitors keep Sunday hours, but we do not require specific times on Sunday. We will no longer accept exhibitors who cannot staff their tables throughout the weekend.
- All exhibitors must purchase tickets to the convention; no exceptions! We do not provide free passes for exhibitors under any circumstances.
