The Dealers Room at Gallifrey One is at the heart of our convention. Our Dealers Room contains all the latest Doctor Who and media & merchandise collectibles, such as DVDs & CDs, books and magazines, plus costuming gear, science fiction books, videos and audios, movie posters, jewelry, buttons, collectible cards, media memorabilia, Girl Scout Cookies from a local troop, and so much more! Our convention registration grants you full access to the Dealers Room for the entire weekend (we do not sell a separate “dealers room only” admission, sorry.)
The 2026 Gallifrey One Dealers Room opens on Friday at 10:00am for your shopping convenience. The full hours of operation are 10:00am to 6:00pm Friday and Saturday, and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday.
A full list of 2026’s participating vendors will be available in the summer of 2025.
For Prospective Dealers
Gallifrey One’s Dealers Room is usually sold out, because all of our dealers return each year. If there is a space available, we go to our wait list to bring a new vendor in. If you would like to be added to the wait list, please contact us (make sure to disclose details about what you sell.)
All dealers must have a valid business permit and must purchase one or more tables (the first table includes a membership; all persons at the convention must have a membership even if they are only selling in the dealers room). We cannot guarantee space so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to purchase a table; Gallifrey One’s rates are extremely reasonable. All merchandise must be licensed; any sales of unlicensed or bootleg material will result in immediate removal from the convention and reporting to proper authorities.
