Dealers Room

The Gallifrey 2010 Dealers Room will be the best Gallifrey dealers room ever! It'll be a complete merchandise sales room loaded with all of the latest Doctor Who and media & merchandise collectibles. From Doctor Who audios and videos to novels, novellas and magazines, plus costuming gear, science fiction books, videos and audios, movie posters, jewelry, buttons, collectible cards, media memorabilia and more... our dealers room will once again be a great place for the Doctor Who and science fiction fan!

Please note that dealers tables for our 2010 convention are completely sold out! Please contact us if you would like to sell at a future convention. All dealers must have a valid business permit and must purchase one or more tables (the first table includes a membership; all persons at the convention must have a membership even if they are only selling in the dealers room). We cannot guarantee space so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to purchase a table; Gallifrey One's rates are extremely reasonable. Note: all merchandise must be licensed; any sales of unlicensed or bootleg material will result in immediate removal from the convention and reporting to proper authorities. Gallifrey One proudly supports BBC Worldwide's license of Doctor Who and Torchwood merchandise!

Gallifrey One also hosts a selection of fan tables every year at our events. Expected fan table participants include the Loscon, Sci-Fi Sea Cruise and Anime LA conventions, the OASIS organization and The Time Meddlers of Los Angeles. Additional tables can be reserved until they are gone; please enquire via email. Please note we will only accommodate fan table participants willing to use the table the entire weekend!

Art Show

The Gallifrey 2010 Art Show returns for a glorious twenty-first year of fantastic artwork from all over the cosmos. A mainstay of the Gallifrey One conventions, the Art Show is a visual feast, with both Doctor Who and science fiction & fantasy illustration in many forms (paintings, drawings, sculpture, etc.), much of it available for purchase on site or at the Sunday afternoon Art Show Auction. The Art Show is open to all attendees for browsing, and space in the art show is available to the general public (including people who do not attend the convention) for a small fee (plus commission rates on sales).

You can expect tons of biddable and non-biddable collectible art from science fiction, fantasy and, of course, Doctor Who. Many esteemed artists display their wares in our Art Show; professional artists from all over have shown in our show, and many of your favorites will be back.

The Gallifrey One Art Show is run by experienced Art Show people involved in Loscon, Westercon and WorldCon; regular participants at various art shows at science fiction conventions are welcome to contact us - give us a try, it's a different group of fans with varied interests in all things SF & fantasy!
